  Absolutely incredible place, thoroughly enjoyed our time. There is a little park in the middle of the village which had great shade and would be perfect for a picnic. Staff were knowledgeable (especially in the textiles building). Really excellent experience.

  This past father's day I was there with my family. It was more interactive for my children then in recent years. Very well done and always enjoyable.

  Nice small town recreated in the Pioneer era. Also has an interesting mill attached to the site. Sometimes they have freshly-baked cookies for sale in the one of the older houses. Really good!

  I have been here several times over the years. For my children's grade three class trips the staff/volunteers were patient with the children and took the time to share their knowledge and enthusiasm about the village and the era. Most recently I was there for Canada Day 2017 with my teenage children. The Lang staff were just as friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed listening to the live music while my children took part in the battle reenactments.
